Company Overview
Geotechnical & Environmental Services, Inc. (“GES”) provides diverse geotechnical and environmental consulting services to local, state, and federal government agencies and to private developers and contractors.
In every sense of our tagline: We make the ground work for you…®, GES professionals come to work with a single goal in mind: to make our clients successful and to meet or exceed their expectations. We accomplish this by performing at a consistently high level and with the high degree of expertise expected from the GES team.
Our vision is clear. GES wants to be the premier geo-professional organization in the southwest region, where the best people in our profession want to work and to consistently meet our profitability targets.
Benefits
All kinds of perks! GES offers a 100% employer-sponsored group medical, dental, and vision plan. In addition, every eligible employee receives group life insurance and AD&D. GES offers several medical and dental plans to choose from and employees have the option to enroll in voluntary life (up to $300,000). Other optional benefits available consist of short-term and long-term disability. GES also participates in a Premium Only Plan, which allows for medical premiums to be deducted on a pre-tax basis, as well as offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Wait, we aren’t done yet!
GES encourages personal health and wellness. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive, incentive based wellness program that is available to all employees and spouses. In addition, GES will pay the monthly dues for a single membership to an athletic club, up to a maximum of $15.00 per month.
Since we want to hire the best, we reward employees who help us with the heavy lifting. GES offers an Employee Referral Reward program that rewards employees who successfully refer qualified candidates. And because we want to retain the best, GES offers a Savings Incentive Match Plan (SIMPLE) Individual Retirement Account (IRA) and the “You Rock” - Paid Day Off Program, which encourages high utilization and rewards those who achieve it with a free paid day off each quarter!
